Where each home is located
The homes sit across three areas, so pick the region that suits your trip:
- Czech Republic (Giant Mountains / Krkonoše): Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne.
- Netherlands, Resort De Hooge Veluwe (Koningsweg 14, near Arnhem / Schaarsbergen): Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. These five share the same resort address.
- Netherlands, Hattemerbroek near Zwolle: Family Wellness.
Payment and deposit
Payment generally involves a deposit shortly after booking and the balance before arrival. A security deposit may be requested on arrival; it is refunded after inspection if there is no damage, loss or rule violation.
Cleaning fees are set per home and range from €80 to €120, for example €80 at Elizabeth, €100 at Celine and Marianne, €110 at Ayla, Tiny Cube and Wellness, €115 at Family Wellness and Forest Cube, and €120 at Family L-Cube. Cancellation policies also differ by home: Family L-Cube is flexible, Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness are firm, and Ayla, Family Wellness and Forest Cube are strict. Read the current conditions for your chosen home rather than relying on a single figure.
Check before you book
A few conditions apply to every home:
- Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Occupancy is limited to the number of guests booked. Capacity runs from 2 guests (Wellness) up to 8 guests (Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne).
- Indoor smoking is not allowed, and parties or gatherings are not allowed, in any home.
- Bed linen is included at all nine homes.
Two things vary by home and are worth confirming before you reserve:
- Pets: allowed at Ayla, Celine, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness (pet fee ranges from €35 to €70, always with prior written consent); not allowed at Elizabeth.
- Arrival: only Family Wellness offers contactless self check-in. At every other home your host receives you and hands over the key on arrival.
