All nine Holiday Homes Maridu properties use the same times: check-in is from 15:00 (3 pm) until 23:00 (11 pm), and check-out is by 10:00 (10 am), with a minimum stay of 2 nights. The arrival method is where the homes differ. Only Family Wellness (Hattemerbroek, near Zwolle) offers contactless self check-in; at all eight other homes you are welcomed in person and receive the key from the host on arrival. For the three homes in Czechia (Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne) the host is on site and speaks Czech, Dutch and English.
Check-in and check-out times
These times are identical for every Maridu home, in both Czechia and the Netherlands:
- Check-in: from 15:00 (3 pm) to 23:00 (11 pm).
- Check-out: by 10:00 (10 am).
- Minimum stay: 2 nights.
If you expect to arrive after 23:00, or need a different arrival window, contact Maridu in advance so it can be arranged.
How you get the key: self check-in or host handover
The way you access your home is set per property, and there is one clear split:
- Contactless / self check-in: Family Wellness only. This is the single home where you can let yourself in without meeting the host.
- In-person key handover by the host: Ayla, Celine, Elizabeth, Family L-Cube, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness. At these eight homes the host receives you and hands over the key.

Where each home is located
Knowing the location helps you plan your arrival. The nine homes sit in three areas:
- Czechia, Giant Mountains (Krkonoše), near Trutnov and Jilemnice: Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne. The host is on site and speaks Czech, Dutch and English.
- Resort De Hooge Veluwe, Koningsweg 14, Arnhem/Schaarsbergen: Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. These five homes share the same resort address.
- Hattemerbroek, near Zwolle, Vogelzangveldweg 23: Family Wellness.
Step-free access on arrival
If a single-level, threshold-free entrance matters for your arrival, two homes are ground-level: Family Wellness (which is also fully step-free) and Wellness. The other seven homes have stairs or a loft level, so they are not step-free.

Is a deposit needed when I arrive?
A security deposit may be requested on arrival. It is refunded after inspection if there is no damage, loss or rule violation. Please also note that smoking indoors, parties and gatherings are not permitted, and occupancy is limited to the number of guests booked.
