Across the nine homes, capacity ranges from 2 guests (Wellness) up to 8 guests (Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne in the Czech Giant Mountains). How occupancy is counted
The same house rules apply across all nine accommodations:
- Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you book.
- Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
- Smoking indoors is not allowed.
- Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
If you expect more people than your chosen home sleeps, book a larger accommodation rather than exceeding the booked number. A deposit may be requested on arrival and is refunded after inspection when there is no damage or rule breach.
Choosing the right size for your group
A quick guide by group size, using the confirmed maximums:
- Couples (2): Wellness is the dedicated couples suite for 2 guests. Any of the larger homes also works if you want more space.
- Small families or groups (3 to 4): Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube each take up to 4 guests.
- Families up to 5: Family Wellness in Hattemerbroek takes 5 guests and is the only home with step-free, single-level access and self check-in.
- Larger groups (6): Family L-Cube takes up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.
- Big groups (up to 8): Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne in the Czech Giant Mountains each take up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.
