Holiday Homes Maridu has nine holiday homes, and live availability for every one of them is shown in the booking calendar on that home’s own page, not in this article. Open dates change constantly, so the calendar is always the authoritative source. What this page can tell you up front is which homes exist and how they differ, so you know which one to open: Ayla, Celine, Elizabeth, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness. Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne are in the Czech Republic (Giant Mountains); Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube are at Resort De Hooge Veluwe near Arnhem; Family Wellness is in Hattemerbroek near Zwolle.
Where to check availability
Open dates are managed in the live booking system and can shift at any time, so this page does not list specific dates. To see what is free for your travel period:
- Open the home you are interested in, for example Ayla, Celine, Elizabeth, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube or Wellness, on holidayhomesmaridu.com.
- Follow the booking link on that page to reach the current calendar.
- Enter your arrival and departure dates to see whether the home is available.
If a date is not shown as open, treat it as unavailable until confirmed. Every home has a minimum stay of two nights, so single-night dates will not book.
Check-in and check-out times
These times are the same across all nine homes, so they affect your first and last day everywhere:
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 23:00.
- Check-out is at 10:00.
- Self check-in (contactless) is available only at Family Wellness. At the other eight homes you are received on arrival and collect the key from the host, so plan your arrival within the check-in window.
Match the home to your group size
Occupancy is limited to the number of booked guests, so the right dates start with a home that fits your party. Maximum capacity per home:
- Wellness: 2 guests (1 bedroom).
- Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube: 4 guests each (2 bedrooms).
- Family Wellness: 5 guests (2 bedrooms).
- Family L-Cube: 6 guests (3 bedrooms).
- Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne: 8 guests each (4 bedrooms).
Facilities that differ per home
If a specific facility is a deciding factor for your trip, use these lists to narrow down which homes to open before checking their dates. Every home has a garden, and bedding is included at all nine.
- Pets: allowed at Ayla, Celine, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness (pet fee applies, always after written approval in advance). Not allowed at Elizabeth.
- Hot tub: available at Ayla, Celine, Marianne, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. Not available at Elizabeth and Family L-Cube.
- Sauna: available at Celine, Marianne, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness and Wellness. Not available at Ayla, Elizabeth, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube.
- Swimming pool (resort pool at the Veluwe location): available for Ayla, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. The Czech homes (Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne) have no pool.
- BBQ or grill: available at Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Family Wellness and Wellness. Not available at Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube.
- Fire pit: available at Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. Not available at Ayla, Family L-Cube and Family Wellness.
- Single-level (step-free) living: Family Wellness and Wellness. The other homes have an upper floor or loft.
Booking, deposit and cancellation
A few points on the booking conditions themselves:
- Cancellation policy is set per home: flexible at Family L-Cube; firm at Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness; strict at Ayla, Family Wellness and Forest Cube. Review the current conditions on the listing before you confirm.
- A cleaning fee applies per stay and ranges from 80 to 120 euro depending on the home.
- A security deposit may be requested on arrival and is refunded after inspection if there is no damage or rule violation.

What is the minimum stay?

Which home should I check if I am travelling with a pet?
Eight of the nine homes accept pets: Ayla, Celine, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness. A pet fee applies and written approval in advance is always required. Elizabeth does not accept pets.
Are cancellation terms the same for every home?

Can I check in outside the 15:00 to 23:00 window?
Only Family Wellness offers contactless self check-in. At the other homes you are met by the host on arrival, so please arrive within the check-in window or contact Holiday Homes Maridu to arrange alternatives.
