Holiday Homes Maridu has no single fixed price list. Each of the nine homes has its own nightly rate that changes with your dates, length of stay and number of guests, so the live total always appears on that home’s booking screen after you enter your arrival date, departure date and guest count. What does not change is the fee structure around the rate: every home has a set cleaning fee, a fixed pet fee (where pets are allowed), no upfront deposit charged online (deposit €0 on all nine, though one may be requested on arrival), and its own cancellation policy. Those fixed amounts are listed per home below so you can estimate the full cost before you reach the booking screen.
How to see the live nightly rate
The nightly rate is tied to each home and updates for your specific dates. To see it:
- Open the accommodation page on the Maridu website. The nine homes are Ayla, Celine, Elizabeth, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness.
- Follow the link to the booking system and enter your arrival date, departure date and guest count.
- The rate updates for those dates, so two stays in the same home over different dates can show different totals.
- Every stay requires a minimum of 2 nights, so single-night pricing is not available.
Cleaning fee per home
A one-off cleaning fee is added to every booking. The exact amount depends on the home:
- Elizabeth: €80.
- Celine and Marianne: €100.
- Ayla, Tiny Cube and Wellness: €110.
- Family Wellness and Forest Cube: €115.
- Family L-Cube: €120.
Pet fee per home
Pets are welcome in eight of the nine homes, always with prior written consent, and each charges a one-off pet fee. Elizabeth is the only home where pets are not allowed at all, so no fee applies there. The fees are:
- Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube: €35.
- Wellness: €39.
- Family L-Cube: €49.
- Celine and Family Wellness: €60.
- Marianne: €70.
- Elizabeth: pets not allowed, no pet fee.
Deposit and payment
No security deposit is charged through the online booking for any of the nine homes (the deposit amount is €0 across all listings). A deposit may still be requested on arrival; when it is, it is returned after inspection provided there is no damage, loss or rule violation. Cancellation policy per home
Cancellation terms are set per home, not shared across all listings:
- Flexible: Family L-Cube.
- Firm: Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness.
- Strict: Ayla, Family Wellness and Forest Cube.

Good to know before you book
Check-in is between 15:00 and 23:00 and check-out is at 10:00 for every home. Smoking indoors is not allowed, parties and gatherings are not permitted, and occupancy is limited to the number of guests booked.
