Homes with a cot or travel bed available: Celine, Marianne, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. Elizabeth and Ayla do not list one.
A washing machine, useful with younger children, is available at Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness and Wellness. It is not available at Ayla, Tiny Cube or Forest Cube.
A dishwasher is available at Ayla, Celine, Marianne, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness and Wellness. Elizabeth, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube do not have one.
Every home has its own kitchen, WiFi, a garden, and bed linen included. Towels are included at Ayla, Elizabeth, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube; at Celine, Marianne, Family L-Cube and Wellness they are not listed as included.

- 2 guests: Wellness, a couples chalet in the Veluwe (Arnhem/Schaarsbergen).
- Up to 4 guests: Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube, all in the Veluwe (Arnhem/Schaarsbergen).
- 5 guests: Family Wellness near Zwolle (Hattemerbroek).
- 6 guests: Family L-Cube in the Veluwe (Arnhem/Schaarsbergen).
- 8 guests: Marianne, Celine and Elizabeth, each in the Czech Republic (Krkonoše/Giant Mountains), not the Netherlands.
All homes have check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00, a minimum stay of 2 nights, no smoking inside, and no parties. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests booked.
Easy access with young children
If you are travelling with a baby, a pushchair or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs, layout matters. Two homes are on a single level:
- Family Wellness is single-level and step-free, and is the only Maridu home with contactless self check-in.
- Wellness is also single-level, but it is a suite for 2 rather than a family home.
- All other homes, including Family L-Cube, have sleeping areas on an upper floor or loft.
Outdoor space and extras
Every home has a garden. Beyond that, the outdoor and wellness features differ per home, which is worth weighing for a family stay:
- A BBQ or grill is available at Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Family Wellness and Wellness. It is not available at Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube or Forest Cube.
- A fire pit is available at Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. It is not available at Ayla, Family L-Cube or Family Wellness.
- The five Veluwe homes, Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube, have access to the resort swimming pool. Family Wellness near Zwolle has its own pool. The Czech homes, Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne, do not have a pool.
- A hot tub is available at Ayla, Celine, Marianne, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. Elizabeth and Family L-Cube do not have one.

Travelling with a pet
Most homes are pet-friendly, always with prior written consent and a pet fee. Pets are allowed at Ayla, Celine, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness. Elizabeth is the only home that does not allow pets. Pet fees are 35 euro at Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube, 39 euro at Wellness, 49 euro at Family L-Cube, 60 euro at Celine and Family Wellness, and 70 euro at Marianne.
