Maridu manages nine homes: three in the Czech Republic (Giant Mountains / Krkonoše) and six in the Netherlands. Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne are in the Czech Republic. Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube are at Resort De Hooge Veluwe (Koningsweg 14, Schaarsbergen entrance, near Arnhem). Family Wellness is in Hattemerbroek, near Zwolle. The five De Hooge Veluwe homes share the same address, so they are equally placed for the resort pool and nearby Veluwe attractions.

Most enquiries are about pets, wellness facilities, and check-in. Here is exactly which home has what, so you can decide without waiting for a reply.

- Pets allowed: Ayla, Celine, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness.
- Pets not allowed: Elizabeth (the only pet-free home).
- Pet fee per stay: Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube €35; Wellness €39; Family L-Cube €49; Celine and Family Wellness €60; Marianne €70. Pets are always subject to written approval in advance.
Hot tub and sauna
- Hot tub / jacuzzi: available at Ayla, Celine, Marianne, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube; not at Elizabeth and Family L-Cube. At Tiny Cube and Forest Cube the hot tub is shared and wood-fired. At Celine it heats to 40°C in about two hours (for a surcharge).
- Sauna: available at Celine, Marianne, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness and Wellness; not at Ayla, Elizabeth, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube.
- Swimming pool (resort pool at De Hooge Veluwe): available for Ayla, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube; not for the Czech homes Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne.
BBQ and fire pit
- BBQ / grill: available at Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Family Wellness and Wellness; not at Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube.

Accessibility and self check-in
- Single-level (ground-floor) living: Family Wellness and Wellness. The other homes have stairs; Tiny Cube and Forest Cube have a sleeping loft.
- Contactless / self check-in: only Family Wellness (which is also step-free). At every other home you are met on arrival or receive the key from the host.
House rules and booking terms
The following rules apply to all nine homes: check-in is 15:00–23:00 and check-out is 10:00, with a minimum stay of two nights. No smoking indoors, no parties or events, and occupancy is limited to the number of guests booked. A deposit may be requested on arrival and is refunded after inspection if there is no damage.
Cancellation terms differ per home: Elizabeth, Celine, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness use a firm policy; Ayla, Family Wellness and Forest Cube are strict; Family L-Cube is flexible. Cleaning fees range from €80 (Elizabeth) to €120 (Family L-Cube). Which homes allow pets, and what is the fee?
All homes allow pets except Elizabeth. The pet fee per stay is €35 at Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube, €39 at Wellness, €49 at Family L-Cube, €60 at Celine and Family Wellness, and €70 at Marianne. Pets always need written approval in advance.
