At every Holiday Homes Maridu accommodation, check-in is from 15:00 (3 pm) and check-out is by 10:00 (10 am), with a minimum stay of 2 nights. These times are identical for all nine houses. Contactless self-check-in is available at one home only, Family Wellness in Hattemerbroek; at the other eight houses you are welcomed in person and receive the key from the host, so your exact arrival procedure depends on which house you booked.
Check-in and check-out times
These times are the same across every Maridu house:
- Check-in: from 15:00 (3 pm), until 23:00 (11 pm), on your arrival day.
- Check-out: by 10:00 (10 am) on your departure day.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights at all houses.
How you get access to your house
Access is handled in one of two ways, depending on the house:
- Contactless self-check-in: Family Wellness (Hattemerbroek, near Zwolle) only.
- Welcome and key handover by the host: Ayla, Celine, Elizabeth, Family L-Cube, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness. At the three Czech houses (Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne) the host is on site and speaks Czech, Dutch and English.

What to expect on arrival
- A security deposit may be required on arrival. It is refunded after inspection if there is no damage, loss or rule violation.
- Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you booked. Capacity ranges from 2 guests (Wellness) up to 8 guests (Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne).
- Smoking inside is not allowed in any accommodation.

Bringing a pet
Pets are welcome at eight of the nine houses, always with prior written consent and against a pet fee. One house does not accept pets at all:
- Pets allowed: Ayla, Celine, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness.
- Pets not allowed: Elizabeth.
- Pet fee per stay: Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube €35; Wellness €39; Family L-Cube €49; Celine and Family Wellness €60; Marianne €70.
Where your house is located
The address on some booking pages can be a registration address rather than the house itself, so use this as your guide to where each house actually is:
- Czech Republic (Giant Mountains / Krkonoše): Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne.
- Netherlands, Resort De Hooge Veluwe (Koningsweg 14, near Arnhem / Schaarsbergen): Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. These five share the same resort address.
- Netherlands, Hattemerbroek near Zwolle: Family Wellness.
Cancellation and payment terms
The cancellation policy depends on the house you book:
- Flexible: Family L-Cube.
- Firm: Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness.
- Strict: Ayla, Family Wellness and Forest Cube.
A one-off cleaning fee also applies per stay and ranges from €80 to €120 depending on the house. The exact cancellation terms and fees for your dates are always shown on the accommodation page before you confirm.
