Every Holiday Homes Maridu property lists a high chair, so all nine homes can work for a stay with a baby. For a cot, four homes explicitly list a baby bed: Celine, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness. Five homes list a travel cot instead: Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube. If step-free access matters, Family Wellness (near Zwolle) and Wellness (on the Veluwe) are the two single-level homes, and Family Wellness is also our only home with contactless self check-in. Because exact cot and high-chair details per booking are not in our general facts, confirm them on the accommodation page before you book.
Baby equipment by home
Here is what each home lists for travelling with a young child:
- High chair: available at all nine homes (Ayla, Celine, Elizabeth, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Forest Cube, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness).
- Baby bed (cot): listed at Celine, Marianne, Tiny Cube and Wellness. Not listed at Ayla and Elizabeth.
- Travel cot: listed at Family L-Cube, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube, Wellness and Forest Cube.
- A kitchen for preparing bottles and baby food: available at all nine homes.
Whether a home also has stair gates or similar equipment is not in our general information, so check the listing or ask us before booking.
Laundry and single-level access
Frequent washing is easier with an in-home washing machine, and step-free access removes stairs from the daily routine:
- Washing machine: available at Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness and Wellness. Not available at Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube.
- Dishwasher: available at Ayla, Celine, Marianne, Family L-Cube, Family Wellness and Wellness. Not available at Elizabeth, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube.
- Single-level (no internal stairs): Family Wellness and Wellness. All other homes have stairs.
- Contactless self check-in: only Family Wellness, which is also step-free (barrier-free). At all other homes you are welcomed and receive the key from the host.
Towels are included at Ayla, Elizabeth, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube. Bed linen is included at all nine homes.
Options by group size and location
Homes are split across three areas. The six Veluwe homes all share the same address (Koningsweg 14, Resort De Hooge Veluwe, near Arnhem and Schaarsbergen), so they are equally placed for the resort and its surroundings.
- Family Wellness (Hattemerbroek, near Zwolle): sleeps 5, 2 bedrooms, single-level with contactless check-in, kitchen, washing machine, high chair and travel cot.
- Larger groups of 8 in the Czech Republic (Giant Mountains): Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne, each with 4 bedrooms. Celine and Marianne also list a baby bed and a washing machine.
- On the Veluwe near Arnhem and Schaarsbergen: Family L-Cube (sleeps 6), Ayla, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube (each sleeps 4), and Wellness (sleeps 2).
Wellness sleeps 2 guests, which may be tight with a baby and gear, though it does list a baby bed and is single-level. Tiny Cube and Forest Cube each have a loft bedroom reached by stairs, so keep that in mind if step-free access matters.
Pets and house rules
If you also travel with a pet, all homes allow pets after written approval in advance except Elizabeth, which does not allow pets. Smoking indoors and parties are not permitted at any home, and occupancy is limited to the number of guests booked.
