All eight other homes use a personal handover, where you are welcomed and receive the key from the host on arrival. Across every property, check-in starts at 15:00 (3 pm) and runs until 23:00 (11 pm), and check-out is at 10:00 (10 am).
Which Maridu home offers self check-in
Only Family Wellness is set up for contactless, independent arrival. This makes it the most flexible choice if you want to let yourself in without meeting anyone. It is also a single-level, step-free chalet, which adds to the easy, self-sufficient arrival.

What arrival looks like at the other homes
The eight homes without self check-in are met in person, so you receive the key directly and can ask any questions on the spot. This applies to the five Veluwe homes at Resort De Hooge Veluwe near Arnhem and Schaarsbergen (Ayla, Family L-Cube, Forest Cube, Tiny Cube and Wellness), as well as the three homes in the Czech Giant Mountains (Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne).
At the Czech homes, the host is present at the property to hand over the keys and speaks Czech, Dutch and English, so language is not a barrier on arrival.
Check-in and check-out times
The arrival window and departure time are the same at every Maridu home:
- Check-in: between 15:00 (3 pm) and 23:00 (11 pm).
- Check-out: by 10:00 (10 am).
- Minimum stay: 2 nights.
- A security deposit may be requested on arrival and is refunded after inspection if there is no damage, loss or rule violation.

Self check-in matters most if you expect to arrive at a flexible time within the check-in window and prefer to let yourself in. If that is important to you, Family Wellness is the home built for it.
