- Family wellness (Hattemerbroek, near Zwolle): sleeps 5 across 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 beds. A luxury wellness chalet with a hot tub, sauna and private swimming pool, plus a large garden with terrace and barbecue. It is the only Maridu home that is single-level and step-free, and the only one with contactless self check-in. Pets allowed (fee EUR 60).
- Ayla (Resort De Hooge Veluwe, Arnhem/Schaarsbergen): a modern detached chalet in the forest, sleeping 4 across 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 3 beds. Hot tub, garden, dishwasher, and access to the resort swimming pool. Pets allowed (fee EUR 35). No barbecue and no sauna.

Across all homes, check-in is 15:00-23:00 and check-out is 10:00, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Smoking indoors and parties are not allowed, and occupancy is limited to the number of guests booked. A deposit may be requested on arrival and is refunded after inspection if there is no damage. Family Wellness offers contactless self check-in; for the Veluwe homes, keys are handed over by the host.
