Before booking a Holiday Homes Maridu house, confirm the four details that differ per home: how many guests it sleeps (from 2 at Wellness up to 8 at Celine, Elizabeth and Marianne), its location, whether pets are allowed, and its cancellation policy.

Every Maridu home includes bed linen and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels come with Ayla, Elizabeth, Family Wellness, Tiny Cube and Forest Cube, but bring your own for Celine, Marianne, Family L-Cube and Wellness.

Parking is free at every one of the nine Holiday Homes Maridu properties, with no separate fee. Celine has room for one to two cars in front, and homes like Elizabeth, Marianne and Family L-Cube also list street parking nearby.

Family Wellness in Hattemerbroek near Zwolle is the only Maridu home with contactless self check-in. At the other eight homes, including Ayla, Wellness and Forest Cube, the host welcomes you and hands over the key on arrival.

At all nine Maridu houses check-in is from 15:00 until 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00, with a two-night minimum. Family Wellness offers contactless self-check-in, while the other eight houses hand over the key in person.

Maridu has no single price list. Each of the nine homes shows its own live nightly rate on its booking screen once you enter your dates and guest count, with a fixed cleaning fee from €80 to €120 and a minimum stay of 2 nights.
