House rules that apply to every home
These general rules are the same across all nine homes, whether you stay in the Czech Giant Mountains (Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne) or in the Netherlands at Resort De Hooge Veluwe near Arnhem (Ayla, Family L-Cube, Tiny Cube, Wellness, Forest Cube) or in Hattemerbroek near Zwolle (Family Wellness):
- Check-in from 15:00 until 23:00, and check-out by 10:00.
- A minimum stay of 2 nights.
- No smoking inside any home.
- No parties or gatherings.
- Occupancy limited to the number of booked guests.
- A possible security deposit on arrival, refunded after inspection if there is no damage, loss or rule violation.
Bed linen is provided in every home. Check-in is in person: you are welcomed and receive the key from the host, except at Family Wellness, which is the only home with contactless self check-in.
Conditions that vary per home
A few conditions are set for each individual home rather than shared across the collection. The exact figures for your dates are always shown on the listing before you confirm, but here is what applies today.
The cancellation policy differs per home:
- Firm: Celine, Elizabeth, Marianne, Tiny Cube, Wellness.
- Strict: Ayla, Family Wellness, Forest Cube.
- Flexible: Family L-Cube.
The cleaning fee also depends on the home: Elizabeth €80; Celine and Marianne €100; Ayla, Tiny Cube and Wellness €110; Family Wellness and Forest Cube €115; Family L-Cube €120. No security deposit amount is set in advance for any home (deposit €0), although one may still be requested on arrival as noted in the house rules.
Pet rules and fees
Pets are welcome in eight of the nine homes, always after written approval in advance. Elizabeth is the only home where pets are not allowed. Where pets are welcome, a pet fee applies:
- Allowed: Ayla (€35), Tiny Cube (€35), Forest Cube (€35), Wellness (€39), Family L-Cube (€49), Celine (€60), Family Wellness (€60), Marianne (€70).
- Not allowed: Elizabeth.
